Some sort of Short History of Espresso
Luigi Bezzera, the owner of the producing company invented Espresso at the turn on the century. Luigi Bezzera was simply attempting to determine a method to brew java quicker. He figured if he could just add pressure to the brewing procedure it would speed issues up.
